Spring is in the Air!

March 2, 2010

It’s hard to believe March is already here! Spring is just around the corner, and it is the perfect season for a wedding. If you’re looking for flower ideas, daisies, tulips, peonies and roses could really complement blue, pink, yellow and green pastels. March, April and May typically have fantastic weather, so consider utilizing nature and the outdoors in your wedding. PARTYLite!

February 13, 2010

Who was the lady at the Bridal Expo in the Adore booth???  That was the question of the day.  The lady who was giving hand massages in our booth was Angie Harrington with PartyLite gifts.   She gave wonderful hand massages with lotions from PartyLite.  One of my favorite scents is the calming and relax.  When I go home from a long day I have a fresh fragrance to relax with.
Angie has put together a few things for us.  Check out two of the centerpieces she used in a photo shoot for Plantation Hall.

Don’t forget, when you are creating your special treat, to upload a photo to Martha’s Cookie Contest page.  Where you can also see what others have posted of their unique cookies.  My favorite is the “melting snowmen.”

Wedding Colors and Christmas

December 16, 2009

It’s time for Christmas and all the decorations are up, but you’re wedding is almost here and all you can see is Green and Red.   This year, try to use other winter colors to tie in the Christmas look without having just red and green.  Here’s a few ideas:

-Blue and Silver

-Silver and white with accents of light blue

-Red and Black

-Burgundy and green

-Plum Purple and white or silver

What colors would you try?
