SO this morning I get a phone call from Unique Designs asking if I was coming in to the office before my first (out of office) appointment. I had not planned to, but since he made it sound like someone had broken in, I decided it may be a good idea to stop by… UNTIL, I was putting my HEELS on for the day and remembered that today is APRIL FOOLS day!!! “CRAP!”
So I pull up to the office and here is what I found:

Last month we said hello to Lindsay… this month we said Goodbye to Angela.
As many of you already know, we have said goodbye to Angela at Adore. Angela and I have worked together for many years and have been friends even longer. So when Angela came to me about some family and health situations she needed to take care of I knew we needed to support her in any way possible. Shortly after we started Adore she realized her time needed to be spent more with her family and less time at work. The change was not the easiest and as you know, Angela is an over achiever with accomplishing her tasks and did not want to disappoint any of her clients or friends. She knew quickly that in order to be there fully for her family that she needed to leave the world of Planning and Events. So with some tears and hugs I said goodbye to my business partner but will always be there for my friend!
Thank you to our clients who have transitioned so well and you know that as a company we have continued to be there for you. Thank you to our vendors and friends who have been uplifting Adore, Angela and myself.
Thank you to those of you who have been there through this process! You know who you are!
Vendors and friends, we have tried to share with many of you but please understand that just as you protect those you love we were doing the same for Angela’s family. I am happy to answer any questions and look forward to moving forward with you all.
My desire is to make Adore the best it can possibly be for our clients! I truly ADORE every moment of working with our clients and vendors. Gainesville has so many talented people in this industry and I love working with you all!
