As the VIP Tent Coordinator, I had the option to bring on a designer to work with me in the Tent. I was of course excited when Andrea from The Grande Event said she couldn’t wait to Sponsor too!
We had a great time laying out the ideas for the tent and with her Designs it all came together beautifully! We won’t mention the hours of design time prior to build week, but we were too excited to count them. At the site, Day 2 is when the tent went up. All the behind the scene things that people don’t get to always hear about we were able to be a part of. Between a great Locations team and IT setting us up to be fully connected we were ready to rock with all the decor!
